MBID International “The Story Behind Your Stuff: Spring 2017 Winner”

Back in February I decided to submit my story to “Your Favorite Place” Magazine.  It’s an interior design journal. They were looking for artists and designers who have an inspiring story to tell. I wanted to share my story to encourage others out there that it is never too late to start something and that God has placed certain gifting in each of us. I did not think much about it until I received an email that the Spring edition just came out and the winners have been announced. I wasn’t sure how many winners they will pick. When I got to the page, the first name I saw wasn’t mine. Immediately I thought, oh well, they did not pick me. But then I realized that there are 5 winners that the magazine had picked. As I scrolled down to the bottom of the list, I saw my name. I literally jumped up from my seat because I did not expect to see my name there.
