Greetings!
As some of you know, I do illustrated notes, usually they are my sermon notes from Sunday and Thursday services. I also do it for bible study videos that I am doing. I used to take regular notes during sermons and then sometime during the week, I would create an illustrated pages. However, the past 2 weeks, I have started doing it “live” meaning I illustrate and take notes at the same time. I use pencils though since I am still nervous about doing it on the spot. Then when I get home, I ink it and clean it up a bit and add more illustrations. You might think doing it on the spot might be distracting, (yes it could be), I learn to discipline myself to focus on the message and not on my lettering. It’s been good. Doing the illustrated notes helps me remember the sermon better too.
I have had people asking me about my journal pages. I finally found a place to get them printed at a reasonable cost. You can preview the first few pages below.
Contact me if you are interested in these booklet and I will add them to my shop.
